HI, I'M NOEMI

I’m a funnel and launch strategist, I help small businesses get closer to their business goals by combining funnels and strategies for getting more organic and paid visitors.

If you are bored with wasting time posting on all the social media platforms and still not getting enough clients, a real strategy is what you need to focus on what really matters.

Let’s face it, posting endlessly on social media platforms and not seeing any clients magically appear can get pretty darn boring. What you need is a real strategy that cuts through the noise and helps you focus on what really matters. Trust me, I’ve been there. In fact, I originally learned all this marketing stuff for my own Pilates business. Talk about dedication, right?

A few years back ...

I noticed something interesting. People kept approaching me, desperate to get in touch with “my marketing guy.” Little did they know, I was that marketing guy! Girl. Whatever.

That’s when it hit me—I needed to reevaluate my goals and return to my roots. So, I took the plunge, embraced my destiny, and officially started my career in marketing. Turns out, all those hours I spent on marketing were meant to lead me here. Who would’ve thought?

But here’s the twist—I didn’t just fall into this industry. Nope. I had impostor syndrome before it even had a fancy name. As an introvert, my younger self believed I wasn’t assertive or “loud” enough for this field. Oh, how wrong I was! Now, I channel that quiet determination into helping others navigate the wild world of online marketing.

Thanks to my avoidance mechanism (you know, not wanting to work in marketing), I have firsthand experience in the lonely solopreneur life. I started my Pilates business offline back in 2011, and boy, did I face the struggles of the rapidly changing online world. Transitioning from an offline to a hybrid and eventually fully online business? Been there, done that. Along the way, I’ve created and delivered workshops and courses, mastering the art of juggling it all.

Since my “coming out” as a marketing strategist, I have assisted small businesses in a multitude of industries. We’re talking industrial alpinists, jewelry designers, interior designers, life and health coaches, dietitians, baby clothes makers, and even bike repair shops. Yeah, I’ve had my fair share of diverse clientele.

In the beginning, I provided general marketing advice and executed SEO tasks on my clients’ websites. But then, my teacher instincts took over, and I realized my true calling—planning, creating strategic masterpieces, and optimizing every single detail. It’s like being the mastermind behind a perfectly executed heist, minus the illegal stuff, of course.

I soon discovered that many small business owners experience burnout due to confusion and feeling lost in a sea of tasks. They waste precious time on activities that aren’t the most effective (sound familiar?), always thinking that just one more thing will bring in more clients. Not anymore! I’m here to save the day by prioritizing tasks, injecting some sanity into your entrepreneurial journey. It’s all about project planning, a skill I’ve honed over the years.

Organized spreadsheets and Airtable are my jam. I love taking random ideas and transforming them into efficient, streamlined systems. Give me a mess, and I’ll turn it into a masterpiece. Systems, automations, SOPs—you name it, I’m all over it. Time-saving tricks? I’ve got a bag full of ’em.

When you work with me, you're not just getting a marketing strategist.

You get a marketing strategist with a past, making her own mistakes and learning from them.

How did I get here?
