The quick answer? A lot.

In more detail? Quite a lot.

The whole purpose of the Funnel Strategy Intensive is to focus on the areas in which you need help while skipping the bits where you don’t. You are the focus of the whole 8 hours.

We can’t do everything but we can do things you really need.

Examples of how it happened on the strategy intensives with my former clients.

Although your day will probably be different but these examples offer you a general idea of how the day will go.

It was a brand new membership so we had to start from scratch, including choosing platforms. We decided on Mailerlite as the email service provider and drafted a welcome sentence for new subscribers. 

We agreed on testing out two methods for launches, we came up with the idea for a freebie and drafted the e-mail sequence for that and we also came up with several tripwire ideas on the first day and determined which the best one was, on the second day. 

Our main focus was to increase the number of leads through Facebook Ads, so we set a b udget and time frame that. 

I also created a list of pain points and ideas that should be on the sales page for the membership that makes the copywriter’s job a bit easier. 

In the final call, we changed some deadlines when my client realized that the timing of the launch conflicted with a huge family event. We adjusted the deadlines and added which task needs to be done by my client and which needed to be assigned to experts and what info she’ll need to provide them with (she ended up working with an Ad Expert and a copywriter).

A month later, we added a power hour where we evaluated the success of the launch and we made some tweaks in the original plan. 

My client started out as a food blogger and wanted to use her existing audience as a starting point for her alternative remedy healing sessions but wanted to attract more clients. I assessed her existing posts, suggested which ones she should keep and make some changes to them (for example, besides the small tweaks for SEO reasons, adding a sign up link for her newsletter). 

Based on the services she offers, I came up with 37 additional blog post ideas keeping search intent in mind, 30+ social media ideas, and recommended content repurpose ideas for social media and email.

In our final call, we explored the potential of an automated email sequence (and finally convinced her to create a freebie) and come up with 14 ideas for weekly newsletters and tips on how to include her existing content to her newsletters. 

She also received advice on how to improve the SEO of her blogposts because her original style tended to be rather of stream-of-consciousness. We discussed how to strike a balance between what Google wants and what she enjoys writing about. This was a special intensive because we had 60-90-minute 1:1 sessions both days (sometimes doing it this way is easier, especially if the business is relatively new and there are many things to think about together). 

This project started when I first mentioned my VIP days. My client applied for a VIP day for her course launch but it turned out, she hadn’t even finished her course so we first prepared a project plan for the course creation process.

On our first day, I reorganized her random thoughts that were on post-its and outlined the course and possible bonuses. On the second day I created a plan for the entire course creation process, we discussed how to calculate how much time each task requires and made some tweaks to the plan to make it more manageable and fit with personal life events. 

A month later, when my client was close to finishing the course creation, we had a second VIP day where I created a whole Launch Strategy (including e-mail marketing, blog content creation, FB ad plan, etc.).

The Check-In

Simply shoot me an email to express your interest. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a kick-off call and I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to gather all the necessary info.

STEP 2

The Kick-Off Call

During our 30-60 minute call, we’ll determine the focus of our intensive. I’ll ask probing questions, and you’ll have the opportunity to share your insights. Don’t worry if you’re not a fan of calls – we can conduct our kick-off meeting via Voxer if that’s more your style.

STEP 3

The Days

Get ready for two action-packed mornings! Each day, we’ll dive deep for four hours, working through the nitty-gritty details of your funnel strategy. And to wrap it all up, we’ll have a 30-60 minute call to fine-tune every aspect.

STEP 4

The Aftermath

Within 1-3 business days, I’ll provide you with handouts in your preferred format, be it PDF, Excel, Google Docs, Airtable, or any chosen project management tool. These resources will keep you organized and ready to implement our project plan.

STEP 5

Email Support

I’ve got your back even after the intensive. You’ll have 5 business days of email support to ask any questions that come up during the implementation process.
